At the recently concluded Ghana Tourism Awards, the Kyabobo National Park in the Nkwanta South Municipality in the Oti region took home two important prizes.
At the well-attended event hosted by the Ghana Tourism Authority, the Park was named the 2024 Site Guide and Tourist Attraction Site.
tourism industry nationally.Its goal was to honour those who have made exceptional national achievements to the nation’s tourist sector.
The honours that Kyabobo National Park got, according to manager Josiah Aduko, showed the park’s dedication to sustainable practices, community involvement, conservation and wildlife preservation, tourism, and promoting the region’s cultural heritage.
He thanked the organizers and all the parties engaged in this acknowledgment, saying that the awards will spur them on to keep coming up with new ideas and promoting Ghana’s natural beauty.
Additionally, he promised to keep pushing Ghana’s tourism sector, particularly Kyabobo Park, forward.
