Ghana Tourism Expo in September

The fourth edition of the Ghana Tourism Expo, the country’s biggest and most anticipated travel event, will take place in Accra’s Akwaaba Village on September 11–13, 2024.

With over 200 exhibitors from Ghana and beyond showcasing the best of African tourism, this year’s expo, organized by the Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture and held under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Ministry of Trade and Industry, The High Commission of India in Ghana, and The School of Creative Arts, University of Education, Winneba, promises to be bigger and better.

A variety of events will be held at the event, such as travel trade, culinary demonstrations, and cultural performances.

There will be speeches from influential figures such Professor Ezra Aharone of the Center for Global Africa in the United States, Alain St. Ange, the former tourism minister of the Seychelles, and the King of Accra, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.
