The 2025 edition of Ghana Party in the Park has been widely praised as one of the most memorable and culturally vibrant in the festival’s history. Held on Saturday, July 12 at Barnet Playing Fields in London, the event drew thousands of attendees to celebrate Ghanaian culture, music, dance, and fashion.

This year marked the festival’s 20th anniversary, a milestone that was commemorated with a spectacular lineup of performances and cultural showcases. At the heart of the successful production was Albert Nii Amartey Armah, the festival’s Artist Coordinator, who was instrumental in curating and managing the live performances.
Working alongside Dennis Tawiah, CEO of Akwaaba UK, Albert helped deliver a show-stopping experience headlined by rapper Kweku Smoke, with King Promise serving as Creative Director. The event featured a diverse mix of artists, from established acts like Sister Derby, DopeNation, Joint 77, Flowking Stone, and Krymi to rising stars including Beeztrap KOTM, MOLIY, and a surprise performance by Gyakie. The energetic DWP Academy also thrilled the crowd with their signature choreography.

“This year’s show was an outstanding success. The performances, the audience, the cultural display—everything came together beautifully,” Albert remarked. “And rest assured, next year’s edition will be even grander and more impactful.”
Beyond music, the festival welcomed an impressive lineup of Ghanaian personalities, including legendary music producer Appietus, fashion influencer Victoria Michaels, media figures Delay, Adwoa Saah, and Giovanni Caleb, as well as actor Master Richard, promoter Alordia Promotions, activist Stanley Kodia, and Leicester City footballer Issahaku Fatawu.

More than just an entertainment event, Ghana Party in the Park continues to serve as a powerful platform for promoting Ghanaian heritage and identity within the African diaspora.
