Charterhouse Productions has unveiled a groundbreaking partnership with Warner Music Africa, a prominent force in the African music industry.
Set to begin in 2025, this collaboration aims to discover, nurture, and elevate Ghana’s brightest emerging talents in the TGMA UNSUNG category. Through Warner Music Africa’s global expertise and expansive industry network, selected artistes will gain unprecedented access to international markets and audiences.

For years, the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) has been a launchpad for rising stars through its Unsung initiative. With Warner Music Africa—a division of the globally acclaimed Warner Music Group—now on board, the platform will offer artistes direct routes to global exposure, distribution, and transformative career opportunities.
This partnership goes beyond mere collaboration—it’s a gateway for emerging Ghanaian talents to shine on the world stage. Artistes chosen through TGMA Unsung will benefit from international promotion, high-level artist and repertoire (A&R) support, strategic marketing, and expert career development.
Additionally, the initiative will bolster monetization opportunities and brand growth, offering access to revenue channels like global licensing, sync placements, and touring. It also paves the way for cultural exchange, showcasing Ghanaian music and rhythms on the global stage and allowing them to influence international trends.
The 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre. Produced by Charterhouse, the event is proudly sponsored by Guinness, British Council, Close-Up, KPMG, and TV3, and powered by Telecel—connecting energies.
