Livingstone Etse Satekla, widely known as Stonebwoy, has once again affirmed his position as a global music icon by winning the prestigious Artiste of the Year award at the 2024 Ghana Music Awards UK. He also claimed the Dancehall/Reggae Artiste of the Year title.
The star-studded event took place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the Meridian Grand, N18 3AF in London. It brought together key figures from Ghana’s music scene, including King Ayisoba, Joseph Matthew, Fuse ODG, Akosua Agyapong, Mr. Drew, and Epixode.
The ceremony also celebrated outstanding contributions to the industry, with Akosua Adjepong receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Ofori Amponsah and Mark Darlington honored with Special Honoree Awards. Originally scheduled for October 29, 2024, the event was rescheduled to November 30 due to unforeseen circumstances.
