Gyakie to Headline CroxItOut Concert 2025

Ghanaian songstress Gyakie has been announced as the headline performer for the CroxItOut 2025 Concert, an annual music and advocacy event dedicated to raising awareness and support for breast cancer in Ghana.

Organized by MX24 in partnership with Alliance Française, the highly anticipated concert will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Alliance Française, Accra, starting at 6:00 p.m. The event will also feature electrifying performances from other female artistes and DJs, creating a memorable night that celebrates strength, courage, and community.

As part of the day’s activities, attendees will enjoy free breast cancer screenings and the Pink Fair — a curated exhibition highlighting women-led brands and businesses that promote health, wellness, and creativity. Visitors can also take part in interactive sessions, open forums, and listen to inspiring testimonies from breast cancer survivors and advocates who will share their personal journeys to encourage early detection and self-care.

This year’s theme, “Beats for the Brave – Turning Up the Volume on Breast Cancer Awareness,” promises to deliver a powerful blend of entertainment, education, and empowerment.

Over the years, CroxItOut has grown into one of Ghana’s most impactful advocacy platforms, merging music and social causes to drive real change in communities.

Speaking to Graphic Showbiz, Project Lead Yaa Bitha described CroxItOut as a movement that goes beyond music:

“CroxItOut is not just another concert; it’s a mission to save lives through awareness and early detection. It’s a celebration of bravery and a reminder of the importance of women’s health. We want people to leave with not only good memories but also valuable information that could make a difference in their lives.”

She expressed excitement about having Gyakie lead this year’s edition, calling her an ideal fit for the campaign’s message of courage and empowerment:

“Having Gyakie headline this year’s concert is a big deal. She represents a generation of women using their platforms to influence positive change. Her authenticity and connection with her audience make her a perfect ambassador for our cause.”

Gyakie, who recently released her EP “After Midnight,” shared her joy about joining the initiative:

“I’m truly honoured to be part of this movement. As women, we face so many challenges and often neglect our health. This concert is a strong reminder that our well-being matters. I’m excited to use my music to share that message.”

She added:

“Music has the power to heal and unite. When used to raise awareness, it becomes even more powerful. I can’t wait to connect with everyone and create an unforgettable experience.”
