Fameye announces his third album, ‘Three Times of Peter,’ in anticipation of a major concert

Fameye has officially released his third album, ‘Three Times of Peter,’ marking another milestone in his music career. After rising to prominence in 2019 with the hit single ‘Nothing I Get’ and following up with albums ‘Greater Than’ in 2020 and ‘Songs of Peter’ in 2022, this new project adds to his growing discography.

The album was unveiled during an intimate event held in Accra on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, attended by notable industry personalities. The launch precedes Fameye’s highly anticipated ‘Fameye Family Concert’ set to take place on December 20.

Guests at the unveiling were treated to a live performance by Fameye and his band, featuring songs from the new album. The tracklist includes ‘Nonstop,’ ‘Not God,’ ‘Sober’ featuring Patoranking, ‘Lockdown’ featuring Amakyetherapper, ‘Control’ featuring Kweku Smoke, ‘Very Soon,’ and ‘I Want.’

Speaking at the event, Fameye revealed, “This project is probably going to be the last time I talk about Peter.” Born Peter Famiyeh Bozah, the artist has often used the name “Peter” as a central theme in his work. For him, it represents his personal journey—overcoming challenges and embracing growth—which has deeply influenced his music.

Fameye explained that “Peter” is not only his given name but also a symbol of his humble beginnings and aspirations. This connection allows him to resonate with his audience, channeling his life experiences into songs that celebrate resilience, faith, and success. Through both ‘Songs of Peter’ and now ‘Three Times of Peter,’ Fameye continues to inspire listeners with his heartfelt storytelling and relatable messages.
