The 310-square-metre space combines luxury, innovation, and convenience. Styled like a modern lounge with Emirates’ signature light tones and Ghaf Tree motifs, the store offers a blend of personal service and cutting-edge tech. Highlights include a full-scale replica of the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge, smart selfie mirrors with scenic backgrounds, self-service kiosks, and five staffed service counters for bookings, itinerary planning, and general travel support.

Since entering the Ghanaian market in 2004, Emirates has connected over 2 million passengers to destinations worldwide, including Canada, India, Australia, Singapore, and Dubai. The airline continues to operate a daily flight between Accra and Dubai using a three-class Boeing 777.
