Award-winning gospel musician Diana Hamilton has released a powerful new single titled Me Nyankopon Papabi (My Good God). The track expresses heartfelt gratitude to God for His guidance and blessings throughout her life and journey.
Produced by renowned Ghanaian hitmaker Kaywa, the song blends contemporary highlife with global gospel influences. This marks Hamilton’s third release of the year, following He Loves Me and My Praise.
The official video, directed by McWillies of Flashbak Media, was shot at Diana’s family home in Afful Nkwanta, Kumasi. The setting, complete with original props, reflects her humble beginnings and personal story.
“This song is a testimony of God’s goodness,” Hamilton shared. “No matter where you come from, God can lift you beyond your imagination.”
Kaywa, known for producing Hamilton’s earlier hits like Mo Ne Yo, W’asem, and Work In Progress, once again demonstrates his deep creative synergy with the gospel icon.
Although trained as a nurse, Diana Hamilton has become one of Ghana’s most celebrated gospel artists. She gained nationwide fame with uplifting tracks such as Eye Woa, Yehowa Behwe, and Mo Ne Yo. In 2021, she made history as the first female gospel musician to win Artiste of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
