Ghanaian musician Black Sherif added a heartwarming moment to his performance at the Share a Coke concert by inviting a fan, believed to be a sign language interpreter, on stage during his set. In a gesture of inclusion, Black Sherif—popularly known as Blacko—welcomed the fan to interpret his song “Sacrifice” in sign language, making the performance accessible to those with hearing impairments.

The move received widespread praise, with many commending the artist for his thoughtful effort to engage the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
Black Sherif delivered an energetic set, performing nearly all the tracks from his newly released album Iron Boy, much to the excitement of his fans. The concert also featured performances from a range of other artistes including Jesus Christ 2 singer Arathejay, AlorG X Bhadmayors, Jubed, and Kawabanga. Dancers from the DWP Academy kept the crowd entertained with high-energy choreography throughout the night.
Organised as part of Coca-Cola’s Share a Coke campaign, the event formed part of the company’s mission to build deeper connections with consumers. A key highlight of the campaign includes personalised Coke bottles, allowing customers to find and purchase drinks with their own names on them.
