Ghana Music Festival 2025 moved to October for a bigger showcase

The organisers of the Ghana Music Festival have announced that the 2025 edition will be moved from August 22–24 to October 24–26, while maintaining the original venue at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

Ghana Music Festival 2025 rescheduled to October

The decision, revealed in a press statement by Berks Concepts and Quantum Communications, is aimed at delivering a more impactful and globally recognised showcase of Ghanaian music and culture.

According to the organisers, the extended preparation period will ensure higher production quality, stronger international and local collaborations, and a more immersive festival experience for artists, fans, and stakeholders alike.

Creative Lead Ahmed Alhassan Sali explained the motivation behind the adjustment:
“Our goal is to propel Ghanaian music beyond its current boundaries, highlighting our rich culture and talent on a much grander stage.”

Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new dates, with additional ticket tiers and special packages expected to be announced soon. Fans can also look forward to lineup reveals, sponsor announcements, and exciting new attractions in the coming months.

The Ghana Music Festival continues to stand as a premier platform celebrating Ghanaian and African music, arts, and culture, with a mission to fuel industry growth and position Ghana as a global music hub.
