The second stop of the 2025 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards’ annual signature tour, Pub Fest, brought unforgettable excitement to the people of Winneba.
On Friday, August 8, Bamobi Lounge hosted an electrifying night filled with vibrant music and high-energy performances. Powered by Smirnoff, the event featured some of the region’s finest DJs — DJ Sonatty, DJ 3 Point, DJ Obey, and DJ Chikito — with celebrated MC Nana King keeping the crowd hyped from start to finish.
DJ Sonatty was a standout performer of the night. Fresh from winning Best Discovery and Best Central Region DJ of the Year, his energetic set was the perfect finale, filling the venue with pride and enthusiasm. His engaging stage presence not only captivated the audience but also highlighted the growing influence of the region’s music scene.
Adding to the excitement, Smirnoff introduced its latest flavour variants — vibrant, refreshing blends that perfectly matched the party atmosphere. Pub Fest is part of the nationwide lead-up to Africa’s biggest DJ celebration, the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, scheduled for November 29 under the theme “Shake the Floor.” This tour stops at unique venues like Bamobi Lounge, giving fans the opportunity to enjoy and connect with Ghana’s best DJs ahead of the main event. The Winneba edition once again proved the festival’s role as a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and community.
Next, the Pub Fest train heads to Signature Lounge in the ‘Port City’ of Tema on August 15, 2025, where Smirnoff will once again fuel the party spirit with its exciting new products, keeping the energy alive on the road to the grand awards night.
