The Plant Plug GH Set to Host Third Edition of Sip and Soil Experience on June 28

Plant Plug GH, Ghana’s premier urban gardening and plant lifestyle brand, is gearing up for the third edition of its signature event, Sip and Soil, happening this June in Accra. Organised in collaboration with Niyilor, the event promises an immersive and refreshing experience for plant lovers and wellness enthusiasts.

Set for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the serene Number 19 Restaurant in Accra, this year’s edition builds on the success of previous events, offering a unique fusion of plant care education, creativity, and mindful relaxation.

Designed for everyone from beginners to seasoned plant parents, Sip and Soil 2025 will feature interactive workshops including pot painting, guided potting sessions, and sustainable gardening tutorials. Guests will also enjoy a curated selection of cocktails and herbal teas to sip on while they engage in hands-on activities.

A new addition to this year’s lineup is a thought-provoking panel discussion focused on mental health, sustainability, and gender equity—themes closely tied to The Plant Plug GH’s mission of promoting holistic well-being through nature.

To round off the experience, attendees will be treated to a live performance by soulful songstress Susan Augustt, creating a soothing atmosphere that blends nature with culture.

“Our goal has always been to simplify plant care, connect people to nature, and encourage greener living spaces,” said Ivy Enyonam, Founder of The Plant Plug GH. “Sip and Soil is more than a workshop—it’s a growing community where people find peace and purpose through plants.”

Highlights of the event include:

  • Interactive plant care workshop
  • Self-pot painting
  • Art exhibition in a jungle-inspired setting
  • Pop-up plant sale (indoor & outdoor plants)
  • Networking opportunities

Limited spaces are available to maintain a cosy and interactive environment. Each ticket includes a take-home potted plant and exclusive access to all workshops and performances.
