This collaboration builds on their recent joint effort, “Wine and Blues,” a standout track from M.anifest’s acclaimed new album, New Road and Guava Trees.

In a post shared by Spotify Africa, the platform gave fans a taste of what’s to come: “Serving jollof and jama with @manifestive and @arathejay. Let’s feast on the flavours of Ghanaian street food and appreciate the sounds that bring us all together.”

Reflecting on the campaign, AratheJay shared, “It’s always special to be part of something that reflects who we are—our food, our sounds, our spirit. Much love to the amazing team at Spotify for putting this together, and to the incredible icon, M.anifest, for having me on this.”

The campaign marks another major milestone in what’s been a breakout year for AratheJay. The rising star has earned two nominations at the upcoming 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA): “Best New Artiste” and “Best Afropop Song” for his hit collaboration with Black Sherif, “Jesus Christ 2.” The awards ceremony is set for May 10.
