Prominent speakers at this groundbreaking event include Bola Ray, CEO of EIB Network Ltd; Yofi Grant, CEO of GIPC; Ruddy Kwakye, Founder and CEO of The Rave Group; and Khadijat El-Alawa, CEO of The Continent Live/Universal Music Sync & Brands. They will lead discussions on pivotal topics such as music tourism, economic development, and cultural exchange, highlighting Ghana’s role as a global hub for music collaborations.

With the theme “Bridging Continents Through Music and Culture,” AMW Accra aims to strengthen ties between African and diaspora artists while introducing them to international audiences. The event will serve as a platform to showcase Africa’s vast musical potential and enhance Ghana’s growing reputation as a cultural epicenter.

Attendees will be treated to performances by Ghanaian stars such as Trigmatic, Bugatti Bonsu, and Feli Nuna, as well as emerging talents from Canada and other parts of the world. The program also includes stakeholder dialogues, networking sessions, and music business showcases, offering artists the chance to engage with industry leaders, investors, and fans.

Following the success of its Toronto edition, AMW Accra is poised to expand opportunities for African artists to access new markets and audiences. Strategically scheduled during Ghana’s “Year of Return” celebrations, the event promises significant visibility and engagement for both local and global participants.

Taking place from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the event goes beyond music, serving as a platform to foster cultural connections, drive economic growth, and build lasting partnerships between African and international music industries. AMW Accra also sets the stage for the highly anticipated African Music Week Festival in 2025, heralding a new era of cultural and economic development for Ghana and the African music landscape.

As Ghana continues to assert its cultural influence through dynamic festivals and creative initiatives, AMW Accra seeks to position the nation as a center for music tourism and global collaboration. By blending tradition with innovation, the event aims to connect Ghanaian artists with diaspora communities and unlock new opportunities within the international music scene.
